Objective To invent a stainless steel twist traction ring and to discuss its effectiveness in the quality inspection of luminal devices cleaning. Methods A stainless steel twist traction ring is invented and used for inspection of the cleaning quality of luminal devices. Its effectiveness in quality inspection of luminal devices cleaning was evaluated by comparing with the effect of visual + light source magnification method, the probe gauze method, and the ATP biofluorescence method. Results In the inspection of the cleaning quality of luminal devices A,there were differences in the cleaning quality pass rates between the twist traction ring method, the visual + light source magnification method and the ATP biofluorescence method, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.010). In the pair-wise comparisons, the visual inspection + magnification method had the highest pass rate, with a statistically significant difference in pass rate from the other 2 groups(P<0.017). There were no statistically differences in pass rates between the twist traction ring method and the ATP biofluorescence method(P>0.017). In the cleaning quality inspection of luminal devices B,there were statistically significant differences in pass rates of the 4 cleaning quality inspection methods(P<0.01),and in the pair-wise comparisons, the visual inspection + magnification method had the highest pass rate, with a statistically significant difference in pass rate from the other 3 groups(P<0.008). Conclusion The stainless steel twist traction ring method can detect unqualified devices that cannot be detected by visual + light source magnification methods in the quality inspection of luminal devices cleaning. Its detection is comparable to that of the probe gauze method and the ATP biofluorescence method. But its operation is easier and more widely applicable than the probe gauze method, and it saves money compared to the ATP biofluorescence method.

Objective This paper summarizes the experience of establishing nursing emergency personnel reserve bank based on information network technology in large general hospitals during the epidemic of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19). Methods It Includes adjustment of organizational structure system, establishment and management of nursing emergency personnel reserve bank. The personnel reserve bank was constructed based on the formation principles and procedures;the maintenance of emergency personnel’s basic information, the training of COVID-19 knowledge and related skills, and the multi-dimensional psychological support and humanistic care were implemented based on the hospital information platform. Results As of February 15,2020,a total of 553 nurses had been admitted to the reserve bank,of whom 260 were on standby and 293 were involved in the frontline epidemic prevention and control. Conclusion Nursing emergency personnel reserve bank based on information network technology in our hospital ensured efficient manpower dispatch and dynamic personnel management during the epidemic, which accumulated experience for the follow-up disaster aid.
